Owner & Head Trainer
President of TDH Rescue
Danielle Linn
Hey guys! Your favorite canine professional here. I love dogs. That simple sentence bears a heavy weight for me. I not only love dogs, but I respect them for the amazing, carnivorous, predatory beings that they are. I have been humbled by their species many times. These creatures have given me hope when I’ve had none, unconditional love when I thought it didn’t exist, and a best friend when I felt eerily alone. Ive been learning about how and why dogs work since a very young age. Ive always been obsessed with figuring out what motivates and nurtures them. I’m certified in professional canine training and psychology. I’ll be certified in canine nutrition shortly. It all matters! Besides breathing everything DOG, I like to model, play dress up, and my ideal day is watching a new movie with good food in my belly. And my dogs definitely join me for half of these activities! Because what’s life without a good dog?!
Marketing & Events Director
Vice President of TDH Rescue
Devin Deapen
Hi, I'm Devin! I started working with Dogslanding as the Marketing Director in January 2023. I have a passion for all things marketing, events & of course DOGS! I graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Public Relations. I have two adorable rescue dogs of my own, and I love that I get to help more rescues find their forever homes in my everyday life now. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the heart of Austin with my dogs, and finding the best new places to host charity events! I am so grateful that my skills have allowed me to find such a wonderful cause to support.

Amanda Melancon
Hello, I'm Amanda, and I've been a part of the Dogslanding team since June 2023. My journey here began with volunteering, fostering, and training my own dog with Danielle and her remarkable team, giving me a 360-degree view of our exceptional work. Graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006, I embarked on a career in education, starting as a classroom teacher and later spending 11 enriching years in museum education, culminating as the Director of Education at the LBJ Presidential Library and Museum.
Today, I serve as a kennel technician and learning and development manager, ensuring smooth membership and operational functions for The Dogslanding Co and The Dogslanding House. Outside of work, I cherish moments with my three kids, thrive in the outdoors, savor live music, and nurture connections with people and animals. My life is a blend of learning, loving, and embracing each moment, and I'm thrilled to share this journey with the Dogslanding community.
Kennel Technician
Samantha Fidler
Howdy I'm Samantha, I started working at dogs landing as a summer job to gain more knowledge and experience in my future field but I found so much more. I have a great passion for all animals but dogs tend to draw my attention more. Whether It's rescuing, training or playing I love all aspects that come with caring for the dogs at TDH. From the dogs I've grown up with to the dogs I've had the pleasure to meet and work with I've learned that they have as much to learn from us, as we have to learn from them. I love trying new things and going new places and if I can bring my dog with me it makes that experience ten times better! I plan to study animal science, animal nutrition and psychology at an A&M university branch and continue my passion for caring for dogs and animals alike
